How do I know which shaft flex is right for my swing speed?
Generally, swing speeds under 75 mph suit Senior/Ladies flex, 75-95 mph suit Regular, 95-110 mph suit Stiff, and over 110 mph require Extra Stiff. We recommend a professional fitting for the most accurate results.
Do you offer custom tipping and adapter installation?
Yes, we provide professional assembly services. You can select your specific driver adapter and desired tipping length during the checkout process to ensure a plug-and-play experience.
What is your return policy on installed or cut shafts?
We accept returns on new, uncut shafts within 30 days. However, once a shaft has been custom-cut, gripped, or had an adapter installed, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How long does shipping take for custom builds?
Custom builds typically require 2-4 business days for assembly and curing before they are shipped. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are all the shafts you sell authentic and under warranty?
Absolutely. We are an authorized dealer for all brands we carry, including Fujikura, Mitsubishi, and True Temper. All shafts come with a full manufacturer's warranty against defects.
