At Golf Shafts, we want to ensure your equipment is the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and uninstalled shafts within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the shaft in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube to prevent any structural damage or scratches during transit.
Ship to Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the shaft is in original, unplayed condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
